| Product Warranty:We think you will be very happy with our products. If for some reason you are unhappy -- product is damaged on arrival, or you feel it's not manufactured to a high level of workanship, or we somehow shipped you something other then your order states, simply return it to us and we will replace the product and ship you another one at our cost. On occasion things get broken in transit due to the delicate nature of certain ceramic items, but we make every effort to package them in a way to protect them from shipping abuse but we have no control over carrier handling. |
