About Our Products
Ceramic Sublimation process full color art Photo Mugs
Microwave and dishwasher safe, FDA approved.  Available in 11oz.   Available by default decorated on a premium black handle/ rim mug but also available decorated on our very nice and economical plain white sublimation mug at 1.00 less per unit.  Due to the various detergents on the market, some more corrosive then others, as well a different water temperatures and heated drying cycles, we recommend hand washing as the best way to keep your mug looking fresh and new looking for years to come.
Mouse Pad
Full color dye sublimation process.  100% polyester top with rubber bottom.  Pad size is 9 1/4 x 7 3/4 x 1/4 inch thick. Depending on the image selected, it will be printed in landscape or portrait view.
Product Warranty: We think you will be very happy with our products.  If for some reason you are unhappy -- product is damaged on arrival, or you feel it's not manufactured to a high level of workmanship, or we somehow shipped you something other then your order states, simply return it to us and we will replace the product and ship you another one at our cost.  On occasion things get broken in transit due to the delicate nature of certain ceramic items, but we make every effort to package them in a way to protect them from shipping abuse but we have no control over carrier handling.
